I don't think I've ever seen anyone wearing

I don't think I've ever seen anyone wearing this kind of jewelry before, it's very futuristic. I can't say everyone could wear them though, you would have to be a very bold person wearing them in a night club. The jewelry on http://www.mcssl.com/store/occasionsbyelena/bridal-boutique is more appropriate for the rest of the special occasions.

That's something you don't see every day. They are one of a kind, that's for sure. How did people respond to this type of jewelry? Is there any study on that? It looks like people today appreciate very much the uniqueness on the items they wear. The girls interested in that could visit DelightJewelry.com, they might find it interesting.

The last week-end my wife was reading tips for wearing jewelry and she saw this ingenious concept of earrings, she liked it so much that she decided to buy a pair of Blinkring jewelry. The order must arrive in a couple of days and she is very excited about this, we have to attend a party soon and she wants to use them.

@kfield: I'm assuming that Hawaiian shirts aren't all the rage in the UK??

You woudl assume correctly, but I have no idea why thsi should be. On the other hand I don't know many people who wear them in Alabama either -- I dare to be different! LOL

I have an i Necklace and I have to say it's pretty cool. but you're right Caleb, a lot of the binky jewelry is cheap stuff for Hallowee and the like. I'd rather have precious stones any day!

@DocDivakar: I never quit wearing narrow neck ties...

When I first came to the USA in 1990, suits were still the order of the day. We had "Casual Friday" which still involved shoes, slacks, and "business casual" shirts.

Now I'm happy to say that I no longer own a suit ... or a tie (apart from a black one for funerals -- sad face) ... I only ever wear shorts (jeans in the winder) and Hawiian shirts. Life is good :-)

@DocDivakar: In the mean time take a look at the LEDs used by Death Cab for Cuties: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qkk5wViJo-I

Wow -- that's a great video.

Re your narrow ties. I remember when corduroy was popular -- then it went out of style -- I think it came back into stylw again about 12 years ago (at lesst for a time -- I hav no odea if it's "in" or "out" now) ... the point is that one of my friends was still wearing the same corduroy trousers he's been wearing back in the '70s/'80s -- he said he had just been waiting for folks to catch up with him.
