I think maybe we need to write a guide to all of these so people can see what is out there and compare them. The MBed is a nice piece of hardware, I've seen it used many times. There's also the teensy, digispark, femtoduino, etc.

Similar products do exist on the market. Check out the LPC1768 from NXP: http://mbed.org/handbook/mbed-NXP-LPC1768  also programmable from a high level (online) open source API.

Thank you all for the comments!

The MatchboxARM can be used as a simple scope:

About the web page with examples and board schematics, we must wait until we are closer to our founding goal on kickstarter.

Concept similar to Rabbit Processor

This is concept similar to Rabbit SBC. I have used them in few projects.

MatchBox ARM will also be very very helpful with much more processing power.

Is there similar matchbox card to get Digital Storage Oscilloscope?

37 I/Os with a 28-pin DIP?

That's a pretty neat trick, fitting 37 I/Os into a 28-pin DIP, two pins of which are used for power and GND.  Speaking of which, I wonder how much ground bounce you get if you switch multiple outputs simultaneously?

Other that that, nice little board.

There really aren't any examples since it is new! They haven't shipped out yet. I could find some example projects from other boards in this size and price range that have been available for a while.

I use a similar board for custom gaming controllers because it is small and cheap and shows up as a native keyboard/mouse when plugged in.

Hey Caleb- I'd love to see some examples of projects developed with this board.

To say that Andy Weir's The Martian is an exploration of math, Mars, and feces is a slight simplification. I doubt that the author would have any complaints, though.
