If they used open source code, can they really charge for the code?  Charging for the documentation should be okay, but the source code should be open.

The overall benchmark is reported as the geomean over all scores- may make the results too generic for a specific application. Hopefully individual scores will also be available if you are primarily doing Black Scholes or LU Decomp (as examples).

The MicroFPMark for small MCUs is a good idea but making it report on all elements (are you really going to do Black Scholes on an MCU- I don't think so..) instead of a defined subset may not be a realistic (I know, can you say realistic when talking about benchmarks!). Maybe I'm just not reading the MicroFPMark description correctly...
