Many of us were sad to hear that MCC was being shuttered. Rich had invited me to come and contriibute there at MCC. It was a very enjoyable experience. I have a feeling that you will be seeing not just some of the old favorite blog posts from MCC, but some of the bloggers that were writing for MCC as well writing in various areas for EE Times.
I'm really sorry to see MCC go, but I hope everyone (the MCC members) will be happy here on the MCU Designline -- and I hope to be able to persuade the MCC bloggers to continue their blogging activities over here on EE Times...
I wish the best Rich it looks this year had a lot of obstacles , I feel the Microcontroller as my home as you couldn't find something similar on the net with so detailed information. I wish the best in any new effort and you can consider me as a regular supporter /reader.
A short time ago, there was a blog post concerning free or inexpensive logic simulators. This was on Microcontroller Central. I now find I need such a tool. Any chance this could be pulled up the transfer list to EE Times?
It may be a bit before we can get the articles transferred over, but I'll get that one put on the list. In the meantime, if you like, I can send you a pdf copy of it. Email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I can get it to you.
What are the engineering and design challenges in creating successful IoT devices? These devices are usually small, resource-constrained electronics designed to sense, collect, send, and/or interpret data. Some of the devices need to be smart enough to act upon data in real time, 24/7. Specifically the guests will discuss sensors, security, and lessons from IoT deployments.
