Multicore establishes a whole new set of problems, but also solves some. The biggest problem is that the tools we are using to write and debug multi-core are still basically the ones developed for single core.
since updating flash to beta release 188.8.131.52 i have had no further problems. check your release version in the 'about adobe flash player' and if its the previous version, i guess the problem is that. hopefully adobe will make this beta release a permanent release soon because we all are experiecing crashes
Well, I think it would work better for me, to be able to play back your entire talk. Maybe you don't need to see what we're blogging as you speak.... Only you know how much that impacts the direction of your talk. I'd expect it normally has little impact on what you intended to say...
Brian, best would be: you record it at 11:15; let people play it back at nooon, then answer their questions at 12:40 or so... But, I see, you might not be able to respond to their questions in real time as you speak.... Problem.
In light of the failure of live streaming, I'm going to attend tomorrow's meeting at 12:45, just after live streaming has finished, and the entire session is available for playback. To anyone who experienced hiccups in playback, I'd advocate doing the same.
