I had something similar happen with a USB memory stick but no batteries to run down in that case. It was one of many that I had laying around and when I plugged it in, my PC refuesd to recognize that there was any memory there. Refused to format. Like you, I suspect that something got corrupted. This caused me to not trust the things so much. At least when a hard disk fails, you can usually recover some or most of the data.
True! Undoutebtly this method is great but in general people also may prefer not taking much of a risk with their data and rather go for online photo recovery software available. Stellar Phoenix, Remo recover, all are great experts in this field.
its so great to read these words. Can anyone tell me what should i do to get my data from a broken sd card?
i have an sd card of phone in which my memorable moments are captured and its just a little cracked now i have put that memory card in nearly 20phones but every phone is replying no memory card i just want my photos which are the most memorable and my lifes imp photos how to recover that photos can u heip me please. I have been searching everywhere where i could recover the data. I am sorry if any mistakes found actually i dont know much english. thanking u and waiting for your reply
I have been searching for data recovery software for a while now and still not able to find a good recovery option which can work upon my corrupted memory card.. This seems like a legit solution. Though it requires you to have technical knowledge to work upon but since the solution is permanent, you would not mind spending some time to learn how you can recover you old data back..
Great use of technology and knowhow, thanks to the multiple protocol support on the SD Card. I am not sure that all the SD cards will be supporting both SDIO and SDI protocol, but yes having access to the this kind of development boards will never make you helpless.
I have an even worse problem. I have a cheap MP3 player that languished in a box for some time. I charged it and tried to use it, only to find that it thought it had no memory (previously 1GB, built in, not on a card). I have tried everything I can think of to remedy this - I have disconnected and reconnected the battery, tried the formatting software on the CD that came with it...etc, As all that happened was the battery ran down, so I assume that the memory is corrupted rather than actually faulty. The FM radio still works! Very frustrating, even though it's only worth a few bucks.....
What are the engineering and design challenges in creating successful IoT devices? These devices are usually small, resource-constrained electronics designed to sense, collect, send, and/or interpret data. Some of the devices need to be smart enough to act upon data in real time, 24/7. Specifically the guests will discuss sensors, security, and lessons from IoT deployments.
