Fantastic Week Ransom, very informative!
The archived audio is ready now. Enjoy.
I'm off now, back to work. TTYL
By the way, those of you who joined us from Europe - I saw folks from Spain, Germany, the UK, and Holland - great to have you!
Thanks everyone, seriously, I appreciate you spending your time with us! Now enjoy Friday at work and have some fun this weekend--that magic time of the year when MLB overlaps with NFL!
With the A's on top of the AL West and the Raiders showing some tiny signs of life, I'm happy!
thanks Ransom. Awesome presentation! Thanks.
That is, stress lane 1, then turn on lanes 2, 3, 4, each with a distinct pattern and operating on separate clocks so that they're not freq locked, you'll have a real crosstalk stress.
Ah. You meant 4 x 10 Gb/s. For that system, you can stress each lane independently.
Always, but always. It's the nature of experimentation that setting up the experiment is the hardest part.
It won't be too long before we can do some kind of multi-skype thing.
Thanks Ransom it was very good look at testing.
In the field something always goes wrong!
I enjoyed this. Knowing you were out these was nice, but kind of weird not to be able to see you.
Thanks, have a nice weekend!
Ransom, is it a good idea to stress the 4x 10G signals before they're muxed in order to get a "stressed signal" at 40G? How would that stress "transfer"?
If you have an idea for a follow-on course or another course, or found something in the class really helpful, please let us know. you can reach me at email@example.com.
Sorry about the auido trouble. That must have been annoying. If you have any questions, feel free to send me a note.
I'm not aware of a single solution stress generator at 40Gb/s.
Anristu has a BERT that goes up to 32 Gb/s that applies much of the stress we talked about.
Thanks everyone. All of these are archieved, so please tell your friends and colleagues about them.
Thanks Ransom and Janine; Excellent Week series! Enjoy your Weekend!
Have a great weekend and Thank you
Audio was cutting out often today. Had to keep clicking the forward button many times.

Thanks Ransom your lectures were very useful
Thank you also Janine
I enjoyed the course.
Ransom, there are to my knowledge , some eye stresser out there. For instance the OPTX10 from JDS. That's an eye stresser at 10G. Do you know if there is an eye stresser for 40G out there?
Many thanks Ransom. It's been a great series.
Thanks, Ransom and Janine.
Thank you for the week long series Ransom, very interesting

Whenever we have an additional prize on the line, it seems like choosing a winner is much harder. It took me an extra day or two just to make up my mind.
