I was going to say "let's not go there" (LOL), but then I thought:

   "a panic of proctologists"

   "a foreboding of proctologists"

   "a misery of proctologists"

   "an offense of proctologists"

   "an outrage of proctologists"

   "a trespass of proctologists"

 

But yours is simpler and more to the point (no pun intended :-)

I'm going to go with "an ingenuity of engineers".  This is in fact highly redundant, since the word engineer is derived from ingenuity, but most people (at least the USA) don't know this.
