We finally figured out a way to herd all the software cats into the office during normal hours.  We provide large amounts of their favorite junk food and drink and up to four computers and development boards at each workstation.  Now all we have to do is figure out how to get them to go home.

To say that Andy Weir's The Martian is an exploration of math, Mars, and feces is a slight simplification. I doubt that the author would have any complaints, though.
