The new kid didn't quite get it when we said to debug the prototype with ICE, so he's doing it with an ICEE.

Just so you know, your engineering team is just like a bunch of cats.  Some are friendly, some skittish, some complain alot, some demand alot of attention and some are just plain trouble.  The thing you have to be able to do is get them to all work towards the same goal at the same time.

The employees are in day care playing poker.  We do much better with their kids doing the real work.

Productivity went way up after we started putting the parents in our day-care center and letting the kids do the work.
