@Krisi: Yeah, this was planned news from the first day of an annual IMEC press tour I am on.

One center underlines how complex litho has become, highlighting the problems ahead to make advanced chips

The other center shows we are just at the beginning of what we can do with computers in medicine, highighting the need for smaller, fasdter, cheaper chips--and better software!

Although I am a hardware guy I think the key is teh software...see IBM Watson expert system
