Thanks Max for sharing - loved the Improv video and the guy saying "This is the weirdest thing I've ever seen." For anyone who has ever witnessed a flash mob or performance like this, it's a wonderful thing to be hold.

Thanks, Max. definitely very cool. I am like David Ashton, I lvoe those seemingly "spontaneous" public shows. My all time favoriate, however, is still this (T-Mobile Welcome back video at Heathrow) -- I am sure you've seen it before, and I still love it. Classic!):

Great stuff as always Max.  I love those "Spontaneous" videos in public places.  Not sure why, but they restore my faith in humanity.  Maybe I'm just a bit wierd..... unlike Mehdi Sadaghdar who is VERY wierd.....

As data rates begin to move beyond 25 Gbps channels, new problems arise. Getting to 50 Gbps channels might not be possible with the traditional NRZ (2-level) signaling. PAM4 lets data rates double with only a small increase in channel bandwidth by sending two bits per symbol. But, it brings new measurement and analysis problems. Signal integrity sage Ransom Stephens will explain how PAM4 differs from NRZ and what to expect in design, measurement, and signal analysis.
