As may be inferred by this article, LabVIEW is the software that Bloomy Controls uses to control instruments. Is this not the defacto industry standard?

Regarding hardware, we use NI PXI instruments in our Universal Test System. This is our standard platform for mixed-signal functional test of PCBAs, subassemblies, and products.  We use NI USB instruments in our compact Universal Test System . And we use NI Single-Board Reconfigurable I/O (sbRIO) in our programmable instruments such as our Battery Simulator and Headless ATE.

As data rates begin to move beyond 25 Gbps channels, new problems arise. Getting to 50 Gbps channels might not be possible with the traditional NRZ (2-level) signaling. PAM4 lets data rates double with only a small increase in channel bandwidth by sending two bits per symbol. But, it brings new measurement and analysis problems.
