I make a vow to only resume posting if the APP-content gets salvaged. I may turn out too weak to withstand the call :)

Singing in a bar, you could be considered "tired and emotional" as per:

A new home

I guess we (readers and/or bloggers at APP) just found a new home.

It will be for certain as exciting as All Programmable Planet was. We have much to share, and much to learn. I must confess, I will miss APP - one of the few blogs I actually followed for some time, and for which I tried to contribute, despite my lack of time and language barrier.

Let's hope this new home improves on the already excellent one. It's surely only up to us to succeed.

So...
keep the blog entries rolling :)

Alvie.

@Max : Rising damp

Just got the boxed set at a car boot sale for £2.00, so will be sitting down to look at Rigsby during the dark winter nights, along with all the episodes of Spooks.

How will I find time to blog?

@Max I loved Rossiters scream at the end of each episode.

When this was first teleivised, we had a boss in the research lab, known by his initals JR, so when we techicians were upset by an decision of his, we would let rip with a Rossiter scream of frustration.

@Max: Crusty is still talking about himself in the third person

Max still finds this unsettling :-)

"!,2,3,4 make them wait outside some more" (C.J. from the Rise and fall of Reginal Iolanthe Perrin).

It's the role of a Crusty to make you unsettled.

@Crusty:

You and me both!  I've already proven myself an idiot to the APP folks.  Now it's time to prove it to the rest of the world!
