13% CAGR for the MEMs business, not bad...do you see creation of independent MEMs foundries and fabless MEMs design companies in this market? (like it happened to silicon industry)

Already happening: for exmample, Silex is dedicated MEMS foundry and A.M. Fitzgerald is a fabless MEMS design house.

13% is good growth.  As the volume continues to grow, there will be more foundaries and dedicated design companies.

@dalest: Yeah, 13% is about 3x the semiconductor market growth! They would love to see double digits again.
