Example of high performance/cost microchannel heat sink

Starting in 2009 and with colaboration of Ga Tech, CoolClouds Inc. completed the work mentioned in this article to develop cost effective heat sinks using micro channels. One example can be seen at fundable.com/coolclouds that achieves 300W cooling with 65C case assuming 25C ambient (o.13 C/W) with low noise and small size for PC's. General information is at coolclouds.net. The verious models show what is possible in terms of cost and performance.
