Yep- perfect use of a slide show! My favorite is the yellow TTL data book from TI.

When I did my PAL presentations to engineers I started off by dropping it into a trash can....

Wow, you scanned over 300,000 pages? I wish I had that kind of time. Your scanner didn't break? Impressive. How much time did you put into cutting pages and scanning?

I was all done evenings and weekends- my wife was pretty annoyed by my dedication by the end of it. It must have taken about 9 months, but when I think back it seems much shorter.

I never did that, but then, I realized that most of the music should remain buried. Besides, I can still hear it on classic rock radio or YouTube.

As I went through, I selected the tunes that i really liked and copied them to a "Favourites" folder. It is now on my iPod and is great in the gym or on long car trips.

Try your search and see if you have the MM5316.

I will do it tonight- I don't have the Adobe PDF reader here. Although I must say it doesn't look promising- I don't seem to have a National MOS data book- in amongst the multitude of others. Colour me disappointed.

"this was after I had converted all my 60s/70s music on LPs to MP3 files"

I never did that, but then, I realized that most of the music should remain buried. Besides, I can still hear it on classic rock radio or YouTube.

that is a true testament both to her commitment and that scanner! I would have probably gotten distracted by something shiny long before that job was done.
