3M innovation in flexible touch screens

3M is one of the most innovative companies on the planet, and understands consumer trends.   So we have been looking forward to their previously announced touch screen efforts for past few years.  Suddenly, high volume is ramping up, but on which of the 3 types of films is the major volume, and who are some early adopters?   Silver nanowire had some environmental and safety issues in past R/D work, but we assume is better understood now.  The 2 micron silver mesh sounds like the best idea of the three, but do they have reliability data published yet?
