Smart TV SoC?

Smart TV, as of today's definition, is a TV with browser capability. The Qualcomm new SoC seems to bring more on the table - game console or even a tablet with more apps. Given the performance, gesture recognition like those found on Speidberg's Minority Report may become a reality. Is Qualcomm aiming at the new rumored Apple TV?
