Moore's Law at the extreme

While there are no blockbuster smartphone at this year's CES, it's interesting to see how far the chip makers are pushing what can be done with Moore's Law on the mobile side. In PCs, we're getting down to the low 20s and teens when it comes to nanometer chip size. However, beyond PCs, it's much more interesting to me to see how far down to push the circuitry of these chips on devices that are much smaller and need to run much cooler.
