Means in my opinion. Module two is under construction and will be linked with module one. Likely intel will concentrate 10nm in these modules.....pretty large indeed !! I have some concern about out of USA production, Let's hope intel will be able to become a foundry
I think the most disturbing thing about this is that Krzanich as CEO represents Intel's continued emphasis on manufacturing as its key strength in staying ahead of others. Although the post-PC era probably was anticipated by many, it was probably expected Intel would be able to bulldoze through the transition by its sheer ability to drive Moore's Law. But the recent series of hesitations at 14 nm, starting with sending the workers from Fab 24 back home, concluding with the halting of Fab 42, and adding to that the apparent deprioritizing of recognition of key staff, starting with Perlmutter, and culminating in staff reductions, all cast doubt on this expectation.
