Too many Sensors, Devices, Interfaces, Protocols and varied application environments are there it will take time to stabilize among all, the era of IoT and Sensors will be taking the highest time for maturity as comported to the communication era has taken. Lets hope that these events will highlight best application successes in the field of IoT and Sensors.

Will Mark address some of the concerns that embedded designers in particular have raised about IoT devices, lack of standards, configuration unsolved, higher support cost, security, setup for the user setup, need to acquire skills outside of their core competencies. and so on.

As data rates begin to move beyond 25 Gbps channels, new problems arise. Getting to 50 Gbps channels might not be possible with the traditional NRZ (2-level) signaling. PAM4 lets data rates double with only a small increase in channel bandwidth by sending two bits per symbol. But, it brings new measurement and analysis problems. Signal integrity sage Ransom Stephens will explain how PAM4 differs from NRZ and what to expect in design, measurement, and signal analysis.
