Right now all I have planned is an "applaus-o-meter". It should be pretty cool! I did want to build a 50 watt special LED light for one of my aquariums, but that wouldn't really be much to show off, the heatsink looks really cool, but everyone would be blind the moment I turned it on!

@caleb kraft oh yeah, you're building the applause-o-meter, which in itself will be entered into the smackdown. Totally cool! If i have enough time, I may be a last-minute contestent!!

an applause-o-meter, I could see that being applied to contests the winner of which is determined by who gets the most applause....

This sounds really fun. Perhaps someone will invent an applause-o-meter spoofer gadget.
