NXP is doing great in the past years. At least in stock price which inceases by ~100% in one year! The employees should be benfit from the grows of the company! 2.5% doesn't sounds a lot!

I am curious about the salary increase of other semicondutor companies. is 2013 a good year for most of them?

Thats good news for employees. Although 2.5% hike may pinch the pocket of the management but for employees it wont make much differnce in the take home salary. But yes employees need to be kept happy and nothing works like extra money.
