Nice idea

Upgrades?  ESD mat, or a metal cookie sheet on which one can rest the hands for automatic grounding without a wrist strap.  The raised edges also keep small parts from straying onto the floor.

I would add an antistatic pad to the worksurface and a strap back to ground.

I would add a 3M 6811 SKU 80001389834 ESD Static Dissipative Mat to line the whole work surface, its respective Common Ground Cord 3M LPCGC150M SKU 80000955221 (don't forget to ground it!), a 3M Metal Wrist Band, Adjustable, with 6 ft. Cord AMWS61M SKU 80001122755, and a Staples Item: 562401    Model: DH240MB Copyholder/Monitor Mount Clip to hold schematics or assembly instructions.
