True. While I have enjoyed the clicky clacky kinds in the past, I prefer my queter ones now. They have a solid feeling throw, but don't clack at all.

There are keyboard switch types for almost every preference - "clicky" or silent, tactile or not.  I've had a programmable GH60 mechanical keyboard on order (as part of a group buy on Geekhack) since earlier last year.
