It seems that this event will be an event of Sensors, Processors and Interfaces. The major revolutions in MEMS has come due to the widespreaded used of mobile devices, but this development in the MEMS will lead them to be used in the other application areas as well likely medical, automotive and industrial developments. Let's hope that his fusion will open the new doors of applications of MEMS for betterment of living.
