The headline isn't the only thing that makes no sense.  What the heck was the purpose of the Fibre Channel comment?

Since disk still costs more than an order of magnitude less than flash, and this gap is not closing, the headline makes no sense. Flash makes sense for high performance, but disk makes sense for less frequently accessed data, just as tape libraries still make sense for archiving.
