Imagine a world without Samsung. Intel and Apple could have eaten lots of free lunches. Samsung continues to compete and that is a great thing for the industry.

It is kind of unfortunate that semiconductor industry has become a capital intensive industry, especially the manufaturing.

I do not think it is unfortunate - when you make physical things, you expect that. The real problem is that the investors run away from making bets on bolder ideas
