"Beating Apple is no longer merely an objective; it is our survival strategy."

This is all evident from Samsung's advertisements. But Apple constinues to remain above the crowd no matter what happens.

Actually, Samsung found a couple Apple documents including the email from Jobs on holy war with Google, etc that are pretty fiery too.

There's no question competition is hot. But eight jurors have to determine if there is patent infringement and big damages for it.

In reviewing exhibits I got from Apple this morning, the comment about TouchWhiz being "a direct rip of iOS" apparently comes from a user comment a third party market research firm quoted in a study done for Samsung.

How can they patent slide switches? they've been around longer than I have, and that means something. What sort of second rate patent officer lets that go through?

They're not talking about a slide switch, they are talking about how you slide your finger in a pattern on the screen to unlock your phone.

I recently received an email from someone we'll call Martin (because that's his name). Martin's message was short and sweet. In its entirety it read: "You need to see this!"
