Before Samsung had to pay huge amount as it was found that Samsung had used Apple patents, and now Samsung is claiming that Apple has used their patent, and asking to court to penalize Apple. Now it is found that Apple has used Samsung patents regarding Video Sharing over Cellular network.
I do not read much about the ongoing case in the media. Is it because of the lower level of interest over the petty fight between the two companies? What is really at stake here...i think the products in dispute are already outdated for US market and it seems more like a prestige issue for both the companies.
