Ok thank you let me reasearch on that.I also think the Idea is welcome given the state of our Industries here in Zimbabwe there is need to beat these substandard Chineese imports. More Ideas are welcome guys
You might want to look into fabric production. One of the oldest automated industries. Spining/weaving/sewing. Do you know what a Jenny and a mule is? How does a shuttle work? Can you implement a PLC that can knot broken threads inside a loom or a sewing machine?
While all this was done as much as 250 years ago. Can it be improved whith what you are currently learning?
Hie Max The Magnificent and others here. I am a final year Electronic engineering student looking for a project Idea. I have mainly industrial automation field exposure. I have delt with Programable Logic Controllers control strategy develpment , SCADA development amongst many. Can you guys help me with comming up with a project idea?
What are the engineering and design challenges in creating successful IoT devices? These devices are usually small, resource-constrained electronics designed to sense, collect, send, and/or interpret data. Some of the devices need to be smart enough to act upon data in real time, 24/7. Are the design challenges the same as with embedded systems, but with a little developer- and IT-skills added in? What do engineers need to know? Rick Merritt talks with two experts about the tools and best options for designing IoT devices in 2016. Specifically the guests will discuss sensors, security, and lessons from IoT deployments.
