Whenever there is such a big event in any country, there is a group that starts talking about the poor and that the government must focus on conditions of poverty but these events are equally important. It brings lots of money into the country and opens future businesses. May be this is the right opportuity to deploy 4G. We all will benefit from that.

I agree. It seems that Brazil is primarily focused on deployment and not much beyond that. Hopefully there are stipulations in partnering contracts that set standards.

Sounds like in addition to all of this infrastructure, they need to install a robust policy management solution to tier quality of service for different users. There's some great things going on in this area that can really help squeeze the maximum out of available bandwidth.

Wow, this is one of most biggest Telecom Infrastructure deployment along with huge stadium. Hope all the telecom operators will get their investment back soon.
