Appreciate the RECOM service to analyse the failed parts even if the companies have purchased the parts from non-authorized distributors. I beleive the OEM's should be careful and purcahse the parts only from approved distributors to avoid huge problems at the cost of small extra component costs.

There is a delicate balance between RECOM publicizing the diagnostic differences between the real product and the counterfeits for the benefirt of their customers ... and teaching the counterfeiters which changes need to be made for the counterfeits to become indistinguishable. An "arms race".
