@MeasurementBlues: Don't you mean "What's a vacation?"

I understand the concept -- I just never hear the word in conjunction with my name.

On the other hand, I hear it often in conjunction with your name LOL

@David: Those round tuits are getting harder and harder to find.

I have a case of them here in mty office, but I don;t have the time to look for them.

Ah, the old jokes are the best.

Ernie Wise: "Have you got the scrolls?"

Eric Morecambe: "No, I always walk this way!"

@Max - "The problem is finding the time"

Those round tuits are getting harder and harder to find.  I suspect there is only a finite supply of them and the world's population keeps on growing, so they are spread thinneer and thinner....

@David: Can't wait for the book.  Australia drives me (and I think would drive you) scatty with their misplaced (or missing) apostrophes and other grungy grammar.

I've been thinking about it for ages now. I have copious notes of the things I want to discuss. The problem is finding the time. I Had a burst of energy after Christmas and whipped out the entire contents list and the first seven chapters in about 4 weeks ... but then I got side-tracked by this and that. I need to rouse myself to another thrust ... after I've had a beer :-)

NEXT UPCOMING BROADCAST
In conjunction with unveiling of EE Times’ Silicon 60 list, journalist & Silicon 60 researcher Peter Clarke hosts a conversation on startups in the electronics industry. One of Silicon Valley's great contributions to the world has been the demonstration of how the application of entrepreneurship and venture capital to electronics and semiconductor hardware can create wealth with developments in semiconductors, displays, design automation, MEMS and across the breadth of hardware developments. But in recent years concerns have been raised that traditional venture capital has turned its back on hardware-related startups in favor of software and Internet applications and services. Panelists from incubators join Peter Clarke in debate.
