@hm: when compared to ADI's market cap (which is ~$17.1B), $2B is about 12%. ADI's revenue is ~$2.7B. HITT on the otherhand has a market cap of $2.5B BUT the gross yearly revenues were only at $276M. So I am not convinced that the price tag ADI paid is a fair one. If I were a HITT insider, I would happily take the money and run!
