I also heard about the negative effects like short and long term memory, motivation and attention span of adults and children who are subjected to large and small amounts of noise and consider something should be done about this. My wife gets very nervous when she is put near high noise levels and I was afraid she would feel bad when we visited one of the Plastic surgery associates of SD center. It was a nice surprise to see they consider these standards very important and make sure there are no noises that could negatively influence the patient's well-being.
