@Tim: ...Songs from Bohemian Rhapsody to an achingly beautiful rendition of the Ave Maria....

It's amazing how much beauty (soundwise) an expert can get out of a ukulele ... and it's equally amazing how bad the sounds are that I extract from mine :-)

Remembered your ukelele construction a while back.  Just wanted to pass on an artist I was privileged to see last night - Jake Shimabukuro.  Small venue - we were in the sixth row!  Turns out his manager lives nearby in Lancaster, PA.  (Yes - the Amish country, and where York is about 30 miles from Lancaster!)  If you ever get a chance to hear him, it's worth your time.  Songs from Bohemian Rhapsody to an achingly beautiful rendition of the Ave Maria.  And, of course "While my guitar gently weeps".  Or start at http://jakeshimabukuro.com/

Enjoy!
