Its a good move by Sandisk. It will make it more strong. Sometimes acquisitions are also for killing the competition. How are they handling the human resource of Fusion-io. Its always difficult for the people but in this cut throat competitive world there is absolutely no other choice. Actually its very good for the customers of both the companies.

The enterprise SSD market is an important market, but it's still more or less a niche, with a limited number of customers. This probably was the main cause of Fusion I/O's problems.
