@Max What's the official dress code for this period between the summer solstice and the aphelion?

Dashiki. But I guess an Hawaiian shirt will do in a pinch.

@Wnderer: And we are in that mystical period between the summer solstice and the aphelion (July 3rd).

I was thinking the aphelion was July 4th, but that's in England -- they are 6 hours ahead of us, so although it happens on July 4 there, it's still July 3 here in the USA.

What's the official dress code for this period between the summer solstice and the aphelion? I hope it involves Hawaiian shirts, otherwise I'm SOL (sadly out of luck :-)

@Wnderer: I do something similar to your third technique but I replace the bacon with cubed kielbasa and add macaroni.

I've also tried hard salami, but I prefer the bacon. On the other hand, I'll definately try doing it with cubed kielbasa, but I think I'll pass on the macaroni :-)

@Wnderer: To your first technique I add the final touch of sprinkling with nutmeg

Oooh -- I'll have to try that

@kfield: Speaking of jokes turned down by The Muppet Show...

Did you hear about the blonde young lady who went to the doctor because of a pain in her side?

After examining her, the doctor said "You have acute appendicitis"

"That's very sweet of you," she replied, "but I really wanted your medical opinion!"

@kfield: What's the strongest vegetable? A muscle sprout, of course!

Like many of you, I was saddened to hear the news of Leonard Nimoy's death. His Star Trek character Mr. Spock was an inspiration to many of us who entered technical fields.
