FTC and anti-trust

2 years ago, FTC prevented IDT from buying PLX for $7/share because of anti-trust reasons. Is the $6.50/share offer from Avago more anti-competitive even if Avago doesn't sell a PCIe switch?

Cypress was probably more of an anti-trust issue than Avago will be. For many reasons....
