Apple is fourth stage for statups

I would add fourth stage of startups for Ben Lee. Once it surpass third stage, it will be his deep desire to go for Apple. And if Lee gets Apple, he probably will not reply to call from China.

I think it might depend on your business and your perspective. The Chinese potential (untapped) market figure is still a larger number than the number of all the iPhone products ever produced by Apple.

The other thing is that a supplier doesn't take long to find that not all customers are equal in every way - even if they do pay their invoices on time.

Check out why mCube looks so promising to its investors:

In theory mcube can make smaller, chpscale part by getting rid of plastic package.  But irght now all they sell is conventional packaged parts, and right now they are not the smallest; Bosch has 1.2x1.8mm part that is smaller than mcube 2x2mm smallest part.

So far mcube has "cool" tech (MEMS on CMOS wafer) but no real advantage in performance or size.

Thanks for the claification. I believe you are right today, but this story was written in the middle of 2014. I'd have to research the old files to see if you were right then too. In any case, thanks for pointing out the pros/cons, I apprecite it!

Like many of you, I was saddened to hear the news of Leonard Nimoy's death. His Star Trek character Mr. Spock was an inspiration to many of us who entered technical fields.
