Designing at 60GHz is very demanding. It is wonderful to achieve all about 60GHz in chip!

Power is another factor. Will this have new requirement for power for mobile devices?

It is even more priceless when you can get that through acquisition. Qualcomm has some of the most important IPs in this business and with this could be solidifying its position in the wireless chip industry.
