Mentor's automotive portfolio

Call me naiive, but I am impressed with a depth and breadth of Mentor's portfolio when it comes to automotive embedded technologies. The Mentor executive claims that his company today has by far the largest portfolio in the automotive embedded system segment...could someone name others who may come close?

Reading your article, that was my reaction too. It took a good deal of vision, in 1995, to get heavily involved in automotive digital systems, as an independent company. Best of luck to them!
