I think by 2018 the projected MEMS sensors market of $12.2 billion will still be dominated by mobile phones and hand-held computing devices like tablets BUT there will be significant growth from energy harvesting devices like Piezoelectric MEMS. I believe MicroGen is in this space targeting vibrational energy harvesting.
