Years I go I happened to be coincidentally in Geneva and got to see the International Exhibition of Inventions. It was so long ago that Noah was showing his ark. Nevertheless it was great fun and I expect it still is.

There is a steam museum near Toronto. Maybe I should plan a visit as well. I wonder if they would ever allow this demo in North America. It seems to me that there were insufficient safety precautions by North American standards.
I just remembered an amazing museum called Kelham Island in my home town of Sheffield, England.

There are lots of really interesting things there, but one of the most amazing is a huge steam engine that wa sused in the steel rolling mills over 100 years ago -- check out this video and tell me what you think.
