delay in Q2 results announcement

Every time when a public company has to issue a press release saying that it has "rescheduled" the annoucement date for their financial results, we all know that something is going on.

Actions Semi has not publicly announced the split of the company at this point. It's most likely to reveal it on Aug. 15 -- its rescheduled conference call, or Monday, Aug. 22.

Hi, DMi1, I misspoke. I meant, Friday, Aug. 22nd -- that's when the slit of the company will be announced, according to one of my sources.

Hi, a quick question.

what does delisting from Nasdaq mean? Is ACTS planning to buyout all the outstanding shares and go private?

If not, would current shareholders have ownership over both of ACTS' splitted domestic entities?

A good question. Details are not revealed. But our sources speculate that they go totally private, owning their own shares and leaving Nasdaq.
