Very nice collection of memory related articles on eetimes, I would like to add one more article in the same basket about memories, it recently appeared on eetimes related to the formation of standard of DDR4, Title of the article : "JEDEC Unveils Low-Power Memory Standard"

Thanks @Kinnar. That's actually featured on the EETimes Memory Desginline homepage at the moment. My goal with this article was to surface articles on memory that do not appear on EETimes. But, glad you enjoyed the JEDEC update.
