Compiled by EE Times with information from Dataquest Inc., the list includes public companies and several that are privately held, and for which little financial information is available. Still others are divisions of large electronics companies, including Lucent Technologies, Fujitsu Ltd., Seiko Epson Corp. and Yokogawa Electric Corp.
