PDF Solutions expects sales to increase 10-13% from prior quarter |

SAN JOSE -- PDF Solutions Inc. here today estimated that it will report fourth-quarter revenues in a range of $10.1-to-$10.4 million, which would be a sequential increase of 10-to-13% from $9.2 million in Q3.
The supplier of fab-yield improvement services, test chips and analysis software said it expects to post a pro-forma net income of $750,000-to-$1 million for the quarter, ended Dec. 31. PDF said the pro-forma net income will be in a range of $0.03-to-$0.04 per share, compared to $0.03 in the third quarter--excluding charges. For the Q3 period, PDF Solutions recorded a net loss of $2.5 million, or $0.12 per share, including amortization of stock-based compensation and intangibles and a non-cash preferred shareholder dividend.
The San Jose company will release full results on Jan. 22.
